This old guy is now 14 years old and has cheated death at least 2 times in the last year. He's fragile and scraggly, but still has bright eyes and is loved by all in the house.
All my cats lived past 14. Your cinder is a lucky cat, he still has 7 lives left. You did a great job on his fur, the background color goes well with the colors in his fur.
You have perfectly captured the spirit and dignity of an aged feline... and still there's a sparkle in his eye!
I'm another "old" cat person, having lost one age 17+. I always joke that my cats outlive my marriages.
I've nine cats on my small farm at present- most of whom wandered up here, got neutered, and stayed anyway ... They go in and out their cat door, come in at night to sleep - and go about their kittyness business most of the time.
